Issue #109 — Chief
Hi everyone
This week saw Picademy at Pi Towers in Cambridge, and the Foundation introduced its new CEO Philip Colligan on the blog. Meanwhile James Robinson led a balloon launch from Churchill College at Cambridge University in preparation for next month’s Skycademy – which anyone can apply to attend to learn to send a Pi in to the sky, get it to take aerial photographs and track its progress.
This weekend the Raspberry Pi Creative Technologists are in Sheffield for a field trip with workshops at Pimoroni and the Showroom cinema.
Next week some of the team are in Spain for EuroPython and the Education Summit in Bilbao.
Raspberry Pi was featured in TV show Mr. Robot this week.
It’s coming up to Pimoroni’s 3rd birthday and they’re celebrating by doing fun stuff.
